My work sits at the intersection of nervous system science, trauma-informed identity work, and embodied psychology.
For over two decades I have worked in performance and human development. What I now know is this:

Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle yet powerful hands-on treatment that works with the body’s natural rhythms to release deep tension, restore balance, and create a sense of safety within the nervous system. I practice Upledger Craniosacral Therapy, a globally recognised method that uses light touch to access the body’s innate ability to heal.
Unlike talking therapies, which work primarily with the conscious mind, CST reaches the places where trauma, stress, and emotional pain are often held — in the body itself. This somatic work is vital because unresolved experiences live in the nervous system and tissues, influencing how we feel, think, and perform every day. By working directly with the body, CST helps release those imprints, creating lasting change that words alone cannot achieve.
